Join our team as a Selling Center Design Specialist (SCDS). You will sell Tuff Shed buildings at a single Home Depot location and receive hourly pay plus commission based on sales made.
What you will do- Work on-site at the assigned Home Depot store, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
- Manage the sales pipeline by generating, tracking, and reporting new customer leads.
- Drive sales growth and provide exceptional design consultation services to customers.
- Leverage Home Depot store traffic and employee relationships to generate leads.
- Plan, coordinate, and attend weekend events at the Home Depot store.
- Use the Customer Relationship Management tool to update interactions and next steps.
- Build strong relationships with store leaders and train associates on Tuff Shed products.
- Maintain display sheds for presentation and cleanliness.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Self-direction and independent work.
- Customer service experience.
- Competitive drive.
- Listening and addressing customer needs.
- Computer skills and aptitude for new software (e.g., CRM).
- Hourly rate plus commission expected earnings between $45, in the first year.
