FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Dallas/Hiram Area, GA

Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM

• Background Check Required
• Drug Screen Required
• Steel Toe Boots Required
• High School Diploma Required
• 4-6 Years Industrial or Manufacturing Maintenance Experience Required

• Drywall repair
• Basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
• Operating warehouse equipment including:
• Order Selector
• Pacer
• Swing Reach
• Forklift
• Swapping batteries for P.I.E. equipment
• Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
• Hand and power tools

• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems
• Conduct daily inspections of facility equipment and building systems
• Change air and water filters
• Repair doors, faucets, flushometers, ceiling tiles, flooring, drywall, and lighting
• Respond to facility emergencies and equipment failures
• Complete work orders using computerized maintenance systems
• Coordinate repairs with outside contractors
• Maintain OSHA and safety compliance standards
• Operate forklifts, man-lifts, and scissor lifts safely

• Frequent walking, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and working at heights
• Lift up to 50 lbs. (more with assistance)
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures
• Work around machinery, noise, dust, and confined spaces

• OSHA-10 Certification
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments

This is a hands‑on maintenance position requiring strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, and experience maintaining industrial facilities and equipment.
