To provide for the maintenance and repair of Grey Stone Power Fleet vehicles and equipment in a safe and proper operating condition.

* 2nd Shift Hours
- Monday
- Thursday 2p-10:30p and Friday 9a-5:30p

• Performs frequent & periodic inspections to Light,Medium and Heavy-Duty vehicles and Electric Utility Equipment as part of the preventive maintenance program as directed.
• Identifies maintenance or repair needs with vehicles and equipment and makes the necessary mechanical repairs as directed.
• Performs preventative maintenance service work on all Light, Medium and Heavy-Duty vehicles and equipment including changing oil,lubrication, tire work, brake repair, etc.
• Performs Annual DOT inspections to Medium and Heavy-Duty trucks, air and electric brake trailers as directed, providing required documentation for files and vehicles.
• Makes minor road service calls when necessary.
• Performs repairs to electronic systems as directed.
• Replaces engine and equipment components as directed.
• Tunes engines and performs 5 gas exhaust emissions analysis to LP gas powered equipment.
• Performs minor welding and fabrication as necessary:safely operating gas and arc welding equipment.
• Checks for presence of all necessary parts and materials before beginning repair or rebuild work, requisitioning missing parts and material for timely purchase.
• Performs complete operational testing of light and mediumdutyvehicles and equipment complying with all safety standards and manufacturer’s instructions before completion.
• Prepares written record of all maintenance and repairs performed, carefully completing time sheets, service order forms, and any other document required to properly record work.
• Maintains personal tools as required.
• Maintains a neat and orderly work area.
• Assists with receiving parts and material, placing material in stockroom and disposing of shipping and packing material.

• Performs frequent &periodic inspections to Light, Medium and Heavy-Duty vehicles and Electric Utility Equipment as part of the preventive maintenance program.
• Identifies maintenance orrepair needs with vehicles and equipment and makes the necessary mechanical repairs as directed.
• Performs preventative maintenance service work on all Light, Medium and Heavy-Duty vehicles and equipment including changing oil, lubrication, tire work, brake repair, etc.
• Performs Annual DOT inspections to Medium and Heavy-Duty trucks, air and electric brake trailers,providing required documentation for files and vehicles.
• Makes breakdown road service and wreck recovery calls when necessary.
• Performs diagnostics and repairs to electronic systems using scan tools and test meters as directed.
• Performs diagnostics and repairs to hydraulic systems, fabricating hose assemblies and rebuilding hydraulic cylinders as directed.
• Replaces engines,transmissions and drive train components as directed.
• Tunes engines and performs 5 gas exhaust emissions analysis to LP gas powered equipment.
• Performs welding and fabrication as necessary: safely operating gas and arc welding equipment.
• Performs Monthly, Annualand Major Maintenance Interval Inspections, Dielectric Testing andRe-certifications on Aerial Devices and Digger Derrick trucks as directed.
• Performs complete equipment teardown Rebuilds on Aerial Devices and Digger Derricks boom assemblies as directed.
• Checks for presence ofall necessary parts and materials before beginning repair or rebuild work,ordering or requisitioning missing parts and material for timely purchase.
