Stand-Up Reach Truck Forklift Operator – 1st Shift

Refrigerated and freezer warehouse A cold-storage distribution facility in the Dallas/Hiram area is seeking an experienced Stand-Up Reach Truck Forklift Operator. This position is responsible for safely moving, staging, replenishing, and storing food products throughout a temperature-controlled warehouse. Candidates must have recent stand-up reach truck experience and be comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer areas.

• Safely operate a stand-up reach truck forklift
• Move and store palletized products in warehouse racking systems
• Pick, stage, and replenish inventory as needed
• Load and unload products in designated warehouse locations
• Verify product numbers, quantities, and storage locations
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and report discrepancies
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures, GMPs, and food-safety guidelines
• Inspect equipment and report damage or mechanical concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with additional warehouse duties to meet daily production goals

• Recent stand-up reach truck forklift experience is required
• Previous cold-storage, food distribution, or freezer warehouse experience is preferred
• Must be willing and able to work in refrigerated and freezer environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift
• Strong attention to safety, inventory accuracy, and product handling
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to work the full Thursday-through-Monday schedule
• Forklift certification is preferred; candidates must be able to complete an onsite evaluation
• Must be able to pass all required pre-employment screening
