Position Title: Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a hands‑on role in keeping inventory organized and orders moving efficiently by receiving and organizing materials, pulling and preparing orders, loading and unloading products, and maintaining a safe, clean warehouse. This fully onsite position offers a consistent 8–5 schedule and the opportunity to grow alongside an experienced team!

The ideal candidate is a reliable, confident, and organized warehouse professional who brings a strong work ethic, pays close attention to detail, takes feedback well, and is eager to learn and grow with the company.

Salary
: $19–$24/ Hour DOE

Responsibilities:

• Receive, organize, and move flooring materials and inventory throughout the warehouse
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders accurately for delivery and job sites
• Safely load and unload materials using proper handling procedures
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently as needed
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with inventory management and other general warehouse responsibilities

Requirements:

• 1+ year of warehouse experience required
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to safely lift and move flooring materials
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Confident communicator who is receptive to feedback and eager to develop
