THE COMPANY
We are an established Commercial Building Maintenance company with strong mechanical and electrical background, specialising in heating and air conditioning but also offering general maintenance services.
THE JOB - Mobile Commercial Gas EngineerMonday - Friday / 8am - 4pm
You will be working on a mobile basis, covering mainly 30 miles of Hertfordshire.
Working in an array of buildings:
Care Homes / Cinemas / Hotels / Offices / Warehouses / Factories / Leisure Centres
- Carrying out service, maintenance and breakdowns to an array of boilers / air heaters / burners (not heavy commercial) / cabinet heaters / radiant tubes.
- Covering annual servicing and breakdowns.
- Must not be afraid of heights – willing to work off ladders / towers / scissor lift / cherry picker if required.
- Salary Range £45k to £50k
- Working 08.00 to 16.00 plus travel time
- 1 hour paid travel for sites within 30 miles of OFFICE; additional travel paid for sites further away.
- Call out Rota 1 in 5 paid at £120 per week plus overtime if called out.
- Company Van for work use only
