The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for managing vendors and subcontractors. The Compliance Coordinator will focus on ensuring compliance processes and standard terms and conditions for the following categories:
Health Safety & Environmental (HSE), Certificates of Insurance (COI’s), New Vendor Documentation/Vetting, and 3rdparty compliance software systems (i.e.Avetta).

Ideal Candidate:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring Sponsorship
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, and data analysis tools.
  • Proven ability towork independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Acollaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting.

Salary Range: $60,000.00-$65,000.00K

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Monitor andmaintainvendorcompliancewith safety requirements, certificates of insurance (COI), and regulatory documentation.
  • Track and verify that all vendor documentsremaincurrent and in alignment with company policies and legal requirements, ensuring proper execution, storage, andrenewalsfor such documentation.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendor vetting systems for COI and safety compliance.
  • Facilitate vendor onboarding, including drafting, reviewing, and executing documentation related to capabilities, experience, financial health, and safety records.
  • Partner with Quality, Safety, and Finance teams to ensure alignment onvendorrisk assessments.
  • Generatecompliancereports for leadership and recommend corrective actions when gaps are identified.
  • Support continuous improvement of vendorcomplianceprocessesand act as an interdepartmental liaison to ensurevendorcomplianceis integrated across the business.
  • Contract Management –Supports drafting and maintaining

    Purchase Agreements, Master Supplier Agreements , Mutual NDA’s, RFQ bid packages, etc.
  • Draftnewand manageexistingpurchasing standard operating procedures.
  • Purchase Order Tracking. Communicate with Vendorson PO confirmations, shipping/delivery dates, and tracking information.
Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain,HSE, or a minimum 5 years' experience in the procurement, compliance, and/orrelatedfields.
  • Experience working with an ERP/MRPsystemrequired
  • Military service, any branch, any Military Occupational Specialty (MOS),a bonus andgreatlyvalued

Requirements:

  • Ability to build valuable relationships across the various teams at Daifukuwith a strong team-player spirit,a “can-do”collaborativemindsetand a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of vendor relationship management, score cards andpurchasingtools
  • Computer skills including MS Officeand experience using MRP/ERP system(s)
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and detail-orientedwitha focus on improving our company’sefficienciesand status.
  • Must be able to speak,readand understand the English language
  • Travel up to 10% to review ourvendor partnerships.
