- Deliver comprehensive pediatric care in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Provide newborn rounding and ongoing pediatric consultations
- Collaborate with system physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives across the health system
- Contribute to practice development and support system growth
