** Process Engineer
** As the Process Engineer you will determine processes for all products manufactured at the facility, plan and implement engineering projects related to design and implementation of production equipment, determine practices for maintaining product quality, determine practices for reducing environmental impact, and assist with the development and implementation of safety initiatives. As the Process Engineer you will also troubleshoot processes, strive for continuous improvement, establish lean manufacturing processes and provide engineering service to the production floor.

Interpret Product and Tool Drawings and Specifications.  Work with precision measuring instruments. Determine in-process inspection requirements.  Recommend the inspection techniques and equipment required to meet product quality specifications.

Recommend and implement new and more cost-efficient manufacturing processes.  Maintain knowledge of the State-Of-The-Art technology in the industry.

Work with Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Production Control and Maintenance personnel in resolving production problems.  This includes manufacturing approvals for engineered products.

Coordinate the work of vendors with the needs of the Division.  Work with vendors to rectify processing problems.

This is a hands-on role where your expertise will be valued, your voice will be heard, and your contributions will make a real difference.

Five (5) years Process/Manufacturing experience. Experience in related industry. Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement Experience

Experience with ISO 9001/ISO 14001 Quality and Environmental Standards Knowledge of machines and principles including

Experience with FANUC or similar robotics.

Experience with Factory Automation.

Experience with electrical troubleshooting.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles including:
