Job Summary
The Project Delivery Administrator supports the Projects Specialists in executing integrator projects from PO receipt through equipment delivery.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
* Support project execution from PO receipt through equipment delivery
* Coordinate shipment readiness with internal manufacturing teams
* Track project totals and request updated PO or change order from integrator when deemed necessary
* Facilitate communication across engineering, manufacturing, and project teams
* Maintain accurate project records and documentation
* Assist with semi-annual financial audits (JSOX)
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
* 0-2 years of experience in material handling, automation, or related field
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication and customer service mindset
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP or data systems experience a plus
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
* Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to travel (including occasional overnight stays)
