About the Role:

Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning, one of the nation’s largest heating and air conditioning companies, is seeking a hard-working, high-energy experienced Dispatcher to join our fast-paced team! As a dispatcher for our home service company, you’ll play a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly by coordinating service calls, supporting our field technicians, and ensuring top-notch customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer locations efficiently and on time
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
• Monitor the status of jobs throughout the day and adjust scheduling as needed
• Work closely with the service team to solve logistical issues quickly
• Enter and update job details in our dispatch software
• Help keep the day organized, productive, and moving forward

• Dispatch experience required
• Strong work ethic and a get-it-done attitude
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a busy environment
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
