Assemblers – Up to $32/hr – Machine Assembly – Hobart, IN
Integrity Trade Services is hiring Assemblers for a machine fabrication facility in Hobart, IN. This temp-to-hire role offers multiple levels based on experience, with opportunities for overtime and advancement. Ideal candidates have at least one year of machine assembly experience and can read complex blueprints.

- 1+ years of mechanical assembly experience
- Ability to read complex assembly drawings
- Familiarity with hand/power tools and self-inspection techniques
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, day or evening shifts
- Crane or forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and team mindset
- Commitment to continuous improvement and quality systems
