Position Summary
2nd Shift Powder Coat Material Coordinator. Supports manufacturing plant operations, ensuring accurate material transfers and data management.
Responsibilities- Enter data into SAP database regarding quantities of issued and transferred parts.
- Resolve job/segment shortage discrepancies.
- Receive manufactured parts into stock and issue them to upcoming jobs.
- Assist in daily tasks to assure productivity efficiency.
- Identify parts using UKG and drawings.
- Update senior management on status of shortages on the segments.
- Investigate missing stock parts needed for work orders and sales orders.
- Monitor and maintain an updated shortage list available for the Shipping Management team.
- Work with every department to resolve shortages to close job/segments on time.
- Inform shipping of findings to help segments ship on time.
- Comply with all requirements of Daifuku's QMS policies and procedures.
- Ensure sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement, providing leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- UKG/SAP experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel.
- Accurate data entry ability.
- Technical orientation.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

- Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

- Hearing: Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction and having the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and making fine discriminations in sound.
- Visual Acuity: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.

USD $18.00 – USD $23.00 per hour
