Press Brake Operator – 1st Shift

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of press brake operating experience in a manufacturing environment and be comfortable reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools.

The Press Brake Operator is responsible for setting up and operating press brake equipment to bend and form metal components according to engineering specifications, production schedules, and quality standards.

Job Duties

  • Set up and operate press brake machines according to blueprints and work instructions
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Measure and inspect finished parts using tape measures, calipers, and other precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
  • Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain part accuracy and quality
  • Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance concerns
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures
  • Follow all company safety policies and quality standards

Pay

$18–$21 per hour

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:20 PM

Experience or Skill Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of press brake operating experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
