Hours: 7am - 3:30pm, with expected additional OT hours including weekends

Pay:Starting at $22.00 based on skills and experience

The Large Format Press Operator is responsible for setting up,operating, andmaintainingoversized digital printing equipment to produce high-quality graphics, banners, signs, and point-of-purchase displays. This role requires technical precision, strong color vision, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure client specifications are met on a wide variety of rigid and flexible substrates. Durst,Vutek
, and
HP Indigo
equipment.

• Operate large format digital printing presses while adhering to production schedules.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to ensureoptimalperformance.
• Review job specifications and make necessary adjustments to color profiles, resolutions, and layouts before printing.
• Set up and configure machines for different substrates and print jobs.
• Monitor print quality throughout the printing process and make real-timeadjustmentsas necessary.
• Ensure all printed materials meet quality standardsandcustomer specifications before delivery.
• Keepaccuraterecords of production runs, material usage, and any issuesencounteredduring the printing process.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of2year’sexperiencein large formatand or digital printing environment
• Experience with running Durst,Vutek, and HP Indigo equipment is highly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Large Format Printing Substrates and detailed Large Format Press Maintenance / operations knowledge and skills.
• Effective process management skills, excellent communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to document regular activities and e-mail correspondence.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• High School Diploma or GED required

Position operates in a regulated manufacturing print/mail production facility

• Stand and walk for up to 12 hours, with frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
• Perform repetitive motions in a fast-paced production environment

Amsive is a Federal Contractor, and this position may require government security clearance for certain projects.
