We are seeking a professional Bathroom Design Consultant to join our team in the Hobart, IN area. All leads are company supplied — no cold calling required.

We are growing at an impressive pace. Lead flow is strong, and we are looking to hire an experienced, professional Sales Representative immediately.

This is an in‑home, outside sales role. You will meet with pre‑qualified homeowners, conduct a product demonstration, design their new bathroom solution, and close the sale.

We are not looking for a “pushy” salesperson. Our customers want guidance, not pressure. The right candidate will:

• Ask questions
• Listen carefully
• Identify homeowner needs
• Present options
• Confidently close the deal

You will work directly with the company owner — someone fully committed to your training and success. You will receive hands‑on training and ongoing development. While you will work independently, leadership is always available for support when needed.

• All leads are company provided
• Appointments are scheduled based on your availability whenever possible
• Evening and some Saturday appointments may be required
• Most successful reps run two appointments per day

This is a commission‑based position with strong earning potential.

Fully committed team members can expect to earn:

$120,000 – $200,000+ per year

Reps who consistently run two demos per day and follow our proven sales system can earn $120K+ annually. Top performers significantly exceed that.

There is no cap on earnings.
