Carpenter, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

Casa Health Care is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. This position plays an important role in ensuring our healthcare campuses remain safe, functional, and welcoming for our residents, families, and staff.

• Perform carpentry repairs and installations, including doors, cabinets, furniture, flooring, and handrails

• Assist with preventative maintenance and general building upkeep (drywall, painting, minor plumbing/electrical)

• Complete work orders and respond to urgent maintenance requests promptly

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair damaged structures and fixtures to maintain safety standards

• Ensure all maintenance tasks meet OSHA, state, and Casa Health Care compliance guidelines

• Collaborate with leadership and maintenance staff to prioritize projects

• Proven experience in carpentry or facility maintenance

• Knowledge of building codes, safety practices, and maintenance procedures

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team setting

• High school diploma or equivalent (trade certification a plus)
