Job Overview

Entry‑Level Apprentice Installer to assist HVAC Lead Installers in installing furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, sheet metal, and ductwork.

Location:

Hobart.

• Tier 1:
  Initial Training Phase (2‑4 weeks) – $16.20/hour
• Tier 2:
  Field Training Phase – Performance‑based pay, average $16.20–$25/hour
• Tier 3:
  Entry‑Level Installer – Choose hourly or performance‑based:
  • Hourly Pay: $20/hour
  • Performance‑Based Pay: $16.20–$30/hour

• Sunday off, except every 20 weeks required one Sunday
• 5‑day work weeks with alternating weekends off
• One job per day for less strenuous hours
• Unlimited earning potential

• Perform installations of HVAC equipment (furnaces, air conditioners, etc.)
• Assist the Lead Installer
• Perform basic repairs
• Willingness to learn at Four Seasons training facility
• Other duties as assigned

• Acceptable driving record preferred
• EPA certification (Type I, II, or Universal) a plus
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Must be available to work long hours, weekends, holidays, overtime as needed

Requirements include climbing ladders, crawling in attics or crawl spaces, lifting at least 50 lbs multiple times during shift, and alternating sitting, standing, kneeling or crawling as needed to access customer systems.

Work varies from driving to customer locations, making office stops for paperwork or meetings, and spending time in customer residences where the environment may vary in temperature, space, or comfort.
