We are looking to fill our Entry-Level Apprentice Installer position to assist our HVAC Lead Installers for furnace, A/C, boiler, sheet metal and duct work. Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning & Plumbing is the largest residential HVAC contractor in North America. Training & Pay Structure- Tier 1:
Initial Training Phase (2-4 weeks) – $16.20/hour while learning the basics. - Tier 2:
Field Training Phase – Performance‑based pay, averaging $16.20 – $25/hour, based on productivity and skill development. - Tier 3:
Entry‑Level Installer – Upon completing training, choose between:- Hourly Pay: $20/hour
- Performance‑Based Pay:
Earn $16.20 – $30/hour based on efficiency and completed work.
- Every Sunday off (every 20 weeks you are required to work one Sunday)
- Exceptional work‑life balance with 5 day work weeks and alternating weekends off

- Perform installations of HVAC equipment (Furnaces, Air Conditioners, etc.)
- Assist the Lead Installer
- Perform basic repairs
- Willingness to learn in the Four Seasons training facility
- Other job duties as assigned

- Must be available to work long hours, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
Individuals may need to climb ladders or crawl in an attic or crawl space as needed to access customers’ systems. Individual must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. multiple times within any given shift to perform service work. Individual may need to alternate sitting, standing, kneeling or crawling to be able to perform the service work necessary on a customer’s system.
WorkEnvironment
The work environment will vary from driving in the company‑issued vehicle to/from customers home to making periodic stops in the office for paperwork or meetings. The majority of the time will be spent in customer residences in which the work environment could vary in temperature, space or comfort.
