HVAC Technician / HVAC Service Technician – Hobart, IN 46342
Compensation & BenefitsEarning Potential: $125,000 to $200,000+ annually, based on performance.

As a high-earning HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Responsibilities- Perform maintenance, clean-and-check, diagnostics, and repairs
- Service furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and larger HVAC units
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues efficiently and correctly
- Educate customers and recommend value-added repairs or upgrades
- Maintain a low callback rate through quality workmanship
- Operate independently using a company-provided service vehicle
- Stay current with new HVAC equipment and technologies
- Completion of HVAC Trade School
- EPA Certification (Type I, II, or Universal)
- Residential and/or commercial HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer communication and professionalism
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Availability for overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed
- HVAC sales or estimating experience (preferred)
- Strong dispatch, parts, and leadership support
- Company-provided uniforms and cell phone
- Large, steady customer base
