Shipping Staging Coordinator- ILUS

Position Overview

Daifuku is a leading independent, U.S.

-based provider of intelligent material handling systems. This full‑time 2nd shift position (Monday – Friday, 2:00 pm–10:30 pm) is a Shipping Staging Coordinator role that organizes and stages outbound shipments.

• Uses basic math to calculate material requirements.
• Create deliveries and prepare materials for outbound shipments using SAP.
• Use SAP for stock requirement list monitoring, creating and confirming warehouse tasks, project‑oriented procurement, network overview, material component overview, and more.
• Generate, review, and maintain shipping paperwork and labels.
• Find and move materials within pick handling units.
• Ensure all materials are packed into the correct handling units.
• Assign and organize pallets to the correct staging zones based on shipment schedules.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and confirmation accuracy before packing.
• Perform quality checks to ensure materials meet company standards.
• Comply with Daifuku’s QMS policies and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement to deliver leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift certification.
• SAP experience required.
• MS Office skills, including Word and Excel.
• Speak, read, and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Work independently with little supervision.
• Multi‑task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.

Light work:
Exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, and use fingers, talk, and hear as described in the job details.
