Des de Marlex estem buscant un Customer Service per a una empresa important relacionada en l'exportació situada a les Terres de l'Ebre.
Tasques- Mantenir i fidelitzar clients francesos.
- Atendre de forma personalitzada totes les incidències relacionades amb l'exportació i la logística de la cartera de compradors.
- Gestió d'albarans i facturació de cadascun dels clients.
- Interlocució i control de les comandes exportades.
- Tenir un nivell de català, castellà i francès nadiu o molt alt.
- Formació d'administració o similars.
- Tenir coneixements i/o experiència en atenció directa amb clients.
- Valorable coneixements comercials o de logística.
- Residir a l'Aldea o voltants.
- Posició en una empresa que valora el treball en equip, l'atenció al client, la innovació i el respecte al medi ambient.
