Position: General Dentist New Mexico $375K + Potential
General Dentist Southeastern New Mexico $375K + Potential

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist seeking a busy practice, a supportive team environment, and the ability to focus on patient care while operational responsibilities are handled for you.

Position Details:
  • Established multi-provider practice with strong patient demand and minimal local competition
  • Immediate opportunity to step into an existing patient base with significant treatment needs
  • Modern technology including CBCT, digital imaging, intraoral scanners, AI-assisted technology, and 3D printing capabilities
  • Clinical autonomy with support from experienced operational and clinical leadership
  • No call responsibilities and a predictable weekday schedule with limited Saturday coverage
  • Opportunity to work alongside orthodontic services and provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Expected earning potential of approximately $375,000+ annually
  • Daily guarantee plus production-based compensation model
  • $40,000 sign-on bonus
  • $30,000 long-term incentive and student loan repayment program
  • $2,500 annual continuing education reimbursement
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, malpractice coverage, licensure reimbursement, and PTO
Qualifications:
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Eligible for or currently licensed to practice dentistry in New Mexico
  • Comfortable in a productive, patient-focused environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with or openness to utilizing modern dental technology.
  • Passion for serving diverse and underserved patient populations.
