ACT Power Services is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee safe, productive, day-to-day onsite operations of a utility-scale solar PV plant in Hobbs, NM. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair systems to maximize production and ensure safety and compliance.
The role requires 3+ years of PV maintenance experience, familiarity with SCADA/DAS, NEC standards, and ability to work off-hours and travel as needed.
