Xcel Energy is seeking a Control Room Operator - B at Maddox Station and/or Cunningham Station in Hobbs, NM. You will safely operate plant equipment, perform inspections, startups, shutdowns, and water testing while following critical safety procedures and PPE requirements.
The role includes hands-on and classroom training, potential travel to other sites, and progression through a 4-year apprentice program to qualify as Control Room Operator B Journeyman.
