Senior Analyst Support Engineer / Lab Lead at RTX (Raytheon) responsible for managing environmental test projects and overseeing engineering and environmental labs.

• Manage Lab Operating Procedures (LOPs) and provide direction to lab users on established policies.
• Coordinate and implement Environmental Health, Safety and Sustainment programs.
• Oversee Property & Metrology Management to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Conduct cost analyses and ensure task completion within approved budgets.
• Provide process support to Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Oversee audit and assessment preparation.
• Lead Engineering Lab Objective Evaluation and Voluntary Protection Program; develop corrective action plans and long‑term objectives aligned with engineering customer goals.
• Safeguard classified/proprietary materials, hardware, and documentation in compliance with Export Administration Regulations.
• Develop and implement communication plans; provide consulting support to functional and engineering management.
• Influence stakeholders within and outside responsible areas regarding policies, practices, and procedures.
• Work autonomously with limited oversight, offering professional input, guidance, and problem‑solving expertise.
• Perform tasks requiring physical exertion, such as standing, walking and occasional outdoor work; travel locally as required.

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience working directly with engineers, technicians and leadership in an engineering lab environment.
• Mechanical and/or electrical/electronic skills.

• Experience with OSHA/NFPA industrial policies and regulations.
• Experience with safety, security, compliance and property management in an engineering lab environment.
• Experience with EHS, NISPOM, JAFAN and Foreign Object Elimination.
• Ability to build positive, lasting relationships with customers.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong understanding of Metrology and calibration practices and preparing assets for such.
