Job Title
PLC and HMI Programming and Integration
Job DescriptionPLC and HMI programming and integration. Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade process control systems. Program and configure various VFDs, pressure, level, flow, temperature and associated process control devices. Configure communication devices and protocol converters. Commissioning and P2P checkouts for oil & gas facilities.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesReport to NES manager and customer PIC for daily tasks and scheduling.
QualificationsWindows OS and Microsoft Office understanding. Allen Bradley PLC and HMI programming knowledge. Understanding of industrial communications protocols like Ethernet I/P, TCP, Modbus, HART. Understanding of electrical theory and circuitry.
Physical DemandsWork on your feet for extended periods of time. Work in a vehicle at a computer for extended periods of time. Climbing stairs and stepping over obstacles often.
Work EnvironmentWork in customer MCCs, a vehicle, and subject to the outdoor elements.
