Penn National Gaming - - Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance: clean, inspect, adjust, and test various machine parts;
Perform floor maintenance: troubleshoot and repair machine malfunction problems as they occur during gaming;
Assist floor supervisors with malfunctions and answer floor calls;
Ensure slot machines are filled with ticket paper to keep machines in constant operation;
Provide answers and explanations to guests regarding slot machines and rectify problems as appropriate
