We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Permanent Budget Analyst with a strong background in finance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crunching numbers, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

As a Permanent Budget Analyst, you will play a key role in our financial planning and decision‑making processes, working closely with senior management and other key stakeholders to ensure our financial goals are met.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive annual and multi‑year budgets.
  • Perform detailed budget analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential risks.
  • Prepare budget reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and financial plans.
  • Review and approve budget‑related requests and expenditures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of budgeting policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to other team members in all budget‑related matters.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision‑making processes.
  • Conduct financial forecasting and modeling to support business planning.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in budget analysis or a similar role in the finance industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with others.
