About the Role Full‑time Independent Representative in Financial Services.
Location:
Bank location in which the contract was signed.
Compensation & Benefits $50,000 draw plus commission‑based payment structure with excellent earning potential.

Responsibilities
- Offer for sale and sell only products and services approved in advance by Osaic Institutions.
- Provide customers with all required prospectus, offering memorandum, Form ADV, or other disclosures in accordance with securities, investment advisory, and insurance laws.
- Make no untrue statements or misrepresentations and disclose all material facts.
- Conduct all actions as an investment adviser representative under the Investment Adviser’s Act of 1940 and applicable regulations.
- When providing investment advisory services, deliver the applicable Form ADV and related disclosures; do not exercise discretion in an advisory account without written client authorization.
- When selling insurance, refrain from performing any unauthorized act on behalf of Osaic Institutions or its carriers, such as modifying coverage, extending payment terms, or binding the carrier beyond its rules.
- Follow the published policies and procedures, including the Sales Practice Manual and Written Supervisory Procedures Manual.
- Maintain continuing education requirements; failure to complete education renders the representative inactive and ineligible for commissions.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent combined with significant practical experience is considered in lieu of a degree.
- High school diploma or equivalent is the minimum requirement.
- In‑depth knowledge of employer, industry, and federal regulations.
- Knowledge of financial options, including investments, loans, savings accounts, and stock options.
- Expertise in financial planning and investment strategies.
- Familiarity with securities, mutual funds, and insurance industries.
- Advanced analytical skills to assess client needs and explain market data.
- Excellent communication skills (writing, speaking, listening).
- Effective sales, presentation, and customer service abilities.
- Strong organization and time‑management skills.
