The Human Resources Generalist for Belen is responsible for building strong relationships within Colorcon and provides exceptional HRsupport to designated locations/departments. The focus of this role will be employee relations, payroll duties, performance management, recruiting & onboarding,and learning & development. The HR Generalist is responsible for championing the company’s employee value proposition and will work as a member of the North American and Latin America North (NALAN) HR team, while supporting the site’sleadership team and employee populations.

This role reports into the Senior Human Resources Manager for the NALAN region.

• Serve as the generalist to Belen, NM site for all aspects of Human Resources.
• Support all business units at the site to maintain cohesiveness as it pertains to employee relations.
• Attend departmental meetings, liaise with team leaders, supervisors, and managers, and be responsive with advice on coaching, counseling, investigations, disciplines,and terminations.
