Maintenance Technician –

We are actively seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to keep our apartments in excellent working condition, deliver outstanding customer service, and assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations. The role includes supervising maintenance staff and requires commitment to quality work.

Competitive pay starting at $20 per hour with additional benefits and perks, including health insurance and paid time off (PTO).

• Supervise make-ready technician, service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers.
• Collaborate closely with the Property Manager to report supply needs, staff issues, and potential liability concerns.
• Train maintenance staff and oversee performance of contractors and vendors.
• Identify and report safety hazards while ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Maintain the visual appeal and operational integrity of our grounds, buildings, and apartment units.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in property management.
• HVAC and EPA certification.
• Ability to be available for “on-call” emergencies 24/7.
• Valid driver's license.

• A passion for safety and service.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

This full-time position generally requires 40+ hours per week with availability for 24/7 on-call emergencies.
