Senior Manager, Operations Improvement – Licensed Master Electrician or Plumber

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities within a regional area
• Lead a team of technicians
• Ensure buildings operate efficiently and sustainably
• Provide a safe and comfortable environment for associates and customers
• Travel approximately 50% or more within the region
• Work directly with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility services needs
• Work with vendors and contractors as needed
• Perform reporting and analytics
• Participate in training programs on regulatory requirements
• Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance and quality standards
• Obtain necessary permits and schedule inspections
• Maintain contractor licenses and good standing with relevant authorities

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 4 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area
• Must hold state and jurisdiction required certification and license for the state/jurisdiction of work
• Current NM Master Electrician or Plumbing License, in good standing
• Maintain Mechanical Contractor Licenses in state of employment
• 3–5 years of general facilities services / overall building maintenance experience would be optimal
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop others
• Communication/interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving skills, including root cause and breakdown analysis experience
• Customer service skills
• EPA Universal Certification
• PMP Certification
• Lean Six Sigma
• Ability to maintain up-to-date contractor licenses
• Ability to obtain necessary permits and schedule inspections as required by mechanical or building codes

Demonstrates expertise in facilities management, including predictive and preventative maintenance, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective team leadership. Holds necessary licenses and certifications while ensuring operational efficiency and safety standards are met.
