Health Care Recruiters International (HCRI) is hiring a Director of Community Services to provide clinical and operational leadership within a mission-driven nonprofit serving children and families across southeastern New Mexico. This role oversees multiple community-based programs and leads supervisors and program leadership teams.
This is a hybrid leadership role with a strong onsite presence required. Candidates must live within 45 minutes of Hobbs, NM or be willing to relocate.
Director Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day operations across community-based programs
- Oversee CBIR, High-Fidelity Wraparound, Family Visitation, and Children & Family Services
- Supervise program supervisors and program manager
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance across programs
- Partner with leadership on state contracts, policies, and performance metrics
- Represent organization in state and interagency meetings
- Drive program performance, outcomes, and compliance
- Lead process improvement and program development initiatives
- Support staff development, supervision, and retention
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Active New Mexico license required (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT)
- 3+ years leadership experience in community-based or family services
- Experience with trauma-informed and family-centered care models
- Wraparound services experience strongly preferred
- Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with state-funded programs and contracts
- Strong clinical and operational leadership skills
- Must live within 45 minutes of Hobbs, NM or relocate near 88240
- Must be onsite 3 days per week
- $105,000–$120,000 base salary
