Direct Hire Registered Nurse Role $34.33-$49.75 per hour in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Clinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our partner's full-time day shift team at a Rehabilitation Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Key Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse:
  • Provide high-quality, compassionate, individualized care for patients during their rehabilitation journey.
  • Lead patient assessments and create personalized care plans to support recovery goals.
  • Communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Support staff as a clinical resource and assist with complex patient needs.
  • Celebrate milestones and successes throughout the patient’s rehabilitation.
Key Requirements for the Registered Nurse:
  • Current and valid RN licensure (state-specific).
  • CPR certification required (ACLS preferred).
  • CRRN certification required within 1 year of meeting eligibility.
  • 1+ year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting (within the last 5 years) preferred; however, other experience will be considered.
  • This is for day shift- however, night shift is available also
Compensation and Schedule for the Registered Nurse:
  • Hourly pay range: $34.33 – $49.75
    , based on experience and certifications.
  • Sign-on bonus: $10,000
  • Full-time, day shift schedule (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Mountain Time)
  • No on-call or call-back requirements
  • Weekend requirement: 4 weekend days per 4-week schedule cycle
  • Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:8 AM
  • Facility size:
    87 beds
