Gentiva Hospice is seeking an After Hours RN to respond to patient needs during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, delivering compassionate care when it’s needed most.
As the primary liaison among patients, families, physicians, and the hospice team, you will assess needs, guide clinical decisions, document visits in EMR, and coordinate with daytime staff.
Requirements include RN license, 1+ year nursing experience, CPR, driver's license, and willingness to travel to patients' homes.
