Compensation

The hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. The rate ranges from $18 to $31 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

This role focuses on the safety and security of associates, customers and merchandise. Working in this role involves investigating, thinking critically and solving complex problems.
