Sales Representative, Outside Sales, Customer Success Mgr./ CSM
SUMMARY
The Outside Sales representative works directly with customers in the field to promote and sell Leaco’s Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Broadband services. This role is customer-facing and centers around helping individuals and businesses understand the benefits of Leaco’s products. You will learn to identify customer needs, explain solutions clearly, and support customers through the installation and service process.
This position is part of the Business Development team and plays an important role in helping Leaco expand its customer base and brand recognition. You will receive training to build foundational skills in sales, customer service, and product knowledge.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Increase subscriber count through door-to-door outreach and lead follow-up.
- Learn and apply Leaco’s sales strategies to promote growth.
- Assist in generating customer interest through local advertising and promotional efforts.
- Present product and service options clearly to customers, both residential and commercial.
- Support basic installation, setup, and troubleshooting as trained.
- Maintain communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve basic concerns.
- Document sales activities and canvassing efforts.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Represent Leaco professionally in all customer interactions.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Prior sales or customer service is required.
- Willingness to learn sales techniques and product information.
- Comfort with daily face-to-face communication and interacting with the public.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the company insurance policy.
