Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products for an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position.

At Cintas, we support your growth with a comprehensive 10‑week training program and a solid base salary plus commission after route assignment. Most representatives work a 4‑day week, with no nights or weekends, and receive monthly and quarterly performance bonuses and incentives.

• You are the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Active driver's license.
• At least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification; must meet all DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Proof of previous employment documentation.
