Auto Nation’s e-Commerce Sales Associate role engages hundreds of customers online, by phone, and in person to guide their vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment. You’ll respond to leads quickly, answer questions, and help move customers from digital contact to an in-store experience while delivering exceptional service.
You will nurture customer relationships, ensure satisfaction, and steer buyers toward completing a purchase while coordinating with the Service team post-sale.
