Catering Coordinator

The Catering Coordinator is responsible for managing and building catering sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating catering sales and building sales relationships with community businesses.
  • Organizing and managing deliveries and preparation of catering orders.
  • Communicating with the General Manager regarding sales, scheduling, and coordination of store employees.
  • Participating in local marketing activities to increase sales on a weekly basis.
  • Traveling to other locations such as Roswell and Hobbs as needed.
  • Working a flexible schedule with possible overtime.
  • Building a good rapport with local businesses.

The hours will vary depending on the times and dates of events.
