Hands & Operators (Snubbing, P&A, Reverse Units)
This range of roles includes overseeing snubbing operations, leading rig crews, performing rig maintenance, and working on Plug & Abandonment projects. Suitable candidates will be safety-conscious, team-oriented, and capable of working in demanding environments.

- Valid driver’s license;
Class A or B CDL preferred for certain roles. - Physical capability to lift heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Experience requirements vary:
Entry-level (Snubbing Assistant), 1+ year (Floor Hand), or 5+ years (Field Supervisor). - Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screenings.
- Oilfield well servicing experience.
- Familiarity with snubbing, rigging, and derrick operations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills for supervisory roles.
