- Full‑time travel position – no rotational schedules, no per diem
- Company truck provided
- Company housing provided
- Maintain concise and positive communication with customers, both external and internal
- Comply with all HSEQ regulations, emphasizing proper use of PPE
- Ensure all field activities are performed safely and efficiently in line with company policies and standard practices
- Execute field services to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
- Perform other functions, activities, or duties as directed by supervisor
- Apprentice Technician Functions and/or
Competencies:- Active participation in FLD‑H‑9927 – Flex Steel Operator Qualification Program and TRN‑P‑8207 – Competency Module Training Program with the goal of advancing to Installation Technician I.
- Associate degree (AA) or equivalent, or 6 months to 1 year related experience, education not required otherwise
- Minimum 1 year manufacturing/construction experience; 3+ years preferred
- Licensure and/or experience operating forklifts and general construction equipment
- Ability to work effectively within a team with engineers, project managers, contractors, and helpers
- Strong communication skills with customers and employees
- Results‑oriented, self‑driven with strong organizational and people skills
- Ability to read, interpret, and write routine safety and operational documents
- Ability to provide training to others at all levels in a construction environment
- Ability to maintain small equipment such as hydraulics and generators
- Proficiency in basic mathematics: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, rates, ratios, percentages, and interpreting bar graphs
- Travel frequently by automobile/truck and/or airline for short and long‑haul assignments
- Participate in field installation activities away from home (~90% of job)
- Stand, sit, handle or feel product or materials, talk or hear frequently
- Walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently
- Work in hot, cold, and direct sunlight conditions in various oilfield and construction environments
- Moderate to loud noise consistent with oilfield and construction settings
