Technica LLC seeks to fill the Material Expediter (Ammunition) position on a government contract with a place of performance at the Ammunition Supply Point (ASP) located at McGregor Range, New Mexico.

The Material Expediter (Ammunition) utilizes judgement and subject matter expertise to account for, store, and transport munitions to various units and facilities in the Ammunition Supply Point. Typical duties include:

• Locates, accounts for, and moves ammunition and explosives (A&E), equipment and gear to support munitions receipts, pre-pulls, issues, tum‑ins, shipments, inter‑depot transfers (IDTs), inventories and other A&E related.
• Maintains proper documentation, packaging, sealing of ammunition containers, markings and notations required for accurate data.
• Responsible for conducting pre‑operational checks on Material Handling Equipment (MHE), government vehicles and other equipment prior to use.
• Responsible for assisting with identifying service order opportunities within the ASP and area of responsibility for reporting to Supply Technician Leads and ASP Supervisor to maintain a continuous state of environmental, explosives safety, safety and physical security.
• Can be assigned to any Material Expediter (Ammunition) positions within the ASP; such Tum‑in (Live), Tum‑in (Residue), Issues, Storage, Residue Yard, or Outbound.
• Receives daily workload and additional tasks associated with ASP contractor responsibilities in support of servicing customers, upkeep and maintenance of ASP facilities and equipment from Supply Technician Leads, Material Expediter Lead and ASP.
• Provides service and escort to all ASP customers; units, contractors, visitors, other Receipts, issues, tum‑ins, shipments, inter‑depot transfers (IDTs), inventories and other A&E related movement, storage and accountability.
• Accounts for A&E prior to, during, and after physical transaction/process.
• Following A&E accountability, safety and physical security policies, procedures and.
• Utilizes Material Handling Equipment (MHE) or other approved equipment to handle and store A&E.
• Works with ASP Leads and ASP Supervisor in ensuring proper physical security measures are maintained, vehicle and personnel searches are completed with using units and third‑party vendors and complying with strict key and lock control.

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have High School diploma or GED.
• Must possess a current and valid state driver’s license.
• Must be capable of obtaining a forklift license.
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be a US Citizen or US permanent resident for more than 3 years in order to obtain NACI and CAC Card.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain secret clearance.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak.
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to squat or kneel continuously.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be physically and mentally capable of handling ammunition and explosives (A&E).
• Must have a good working knowledge of policies, procedures, handling, storage and hazards associated with A&E such as DA PAM 385‑64, DA PAM 700‑16, AR 190‑11, AR 700‑28, and MIL‑STD‑129R.
• Must complete the following minimal ammunition courses;
  Ammo 45, 54, 63, 64, 67 and 68, 75, 76, 108, 112, and Pack.
• Must have a minimal of six (6) years of certification and experience handling A&E.
• Must be able to pass pre‑employment drug screening and background checks related to the position.
