Full Time Medical Delivery Driver

Mon, Thurs, Fri 8:00 am - 5:30 pm;
Tues and Wed 11:45 am - 7:45 pm ● $16 hourly

Med Speed is a healthcare logistics company delivering vital medical supplies and specimens across the U.S. As a Medical Delivery Driver, you will operate a company-owned vehicle to transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x‑rays, hospital supplies, interoffice mail and associated materials.

• Drive a company-owned vehicle safely and efficiently on scheduled routes.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, maintain vehicle cleanliness and order.
• Operate handheld scanning devices to track items during transportation.
• Strictly observe operating policies, procedures and service schedules.
• Present a professional image, interacting courteously with clients and the public.
• Load and unload equipment and materials securely.
• Follow city, county, and state regulations and transportation guidelines.
• Perform all duties across all routes assigned, adapting to changing route assignments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, cooperation, and adaptability with teammates and clients.
• Support a collaborative team culture within Med Speed.

• Active driver’s license for at least 3 years and must be 19 years of age or older.
• Excellent driving history and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a non‑commercial vehicle across various roads and weather conditions.
• Physical capability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds, including lifting from storage racks.
• Comfortable walking long distances, standing for extended periods.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated dependence, reliability and ability to follow procedures closely.
• Familiarity with and adaptability to technology.
• Ability to determine efficient routing between multiple points.
• Must pass initial and random drug & alcohol screening.

All candidates must complete a criminal background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record (MVR) review. All results are evaluated in accordance with company policy and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
