Truck Driver - RAFT

The Truck driver is responsible for transporting equipment and material throughout and between job sites.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Obey traffic laws, and follow established traffic and transportation procedures
• Operates company vehicle in a safe manner and compliant to all State and Federal DOT standards and regulations
• Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment, such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, and brakes, to ensure that vehicles are in proper working condition
• Reports vehicle accident/incident immediately to management
• Maintain a truck log according to State and Federal regulations
• Transport materials to and from specified job sites
• Load and unload trucks
• Daily inspection of truck
• Communicate equipment and material issues
• Other duties as assigned

Required education, qualifications, and experience include:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Previous experience with transporting equipment and materials
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
• Previous experience in the energy services industry preferred
• Ability to meet all DOT requirements
• Must pass a drug screening and background check
• Must be flexible to meet scheduling requirements
• Must be able to travel and cross state lines
• Must have the ability to effectively operate a variety of vehicles safely and work reliably both independently and in a team setting

Basic knowledge of MS Office preferred

About the Position HOME EVERY 2 WEEKS – WE KEEP YOU ROLLING! We are a private fleet looking for OTR Team Drivers. Pay:
Teams start at $0.80 per mile split, ALL MILES PAID Solos start at $0.60 per mil, ALL MILES PAID Mileage:
Most teams average 5,000–5,500 miles per week (more miles = more pay!) Solos averager 2,700-3,000 miles per week Earnings:
Teams averaging 5,000 miles can make $4,000 per week split

Schedule:

Out 2 weeks, home 2 days

Requirements

• Must be 24 years of age
• Must have a Class A CDL (no endorsements required)
• Must have a Clean MVR and Background
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR experience
