McVay Services is Hiring:
Class A CDL Driver
McVay Services is seeking a dependable and hardworking Class A CDL Driver to join our team in Hobbs, New Mexico.
JobResponsibilities & Requirements:
- Safely and efficiently operate belly dump and dump trucks
- Haul soil, caliche, rock, and other materials to and from job sites and disposal facilities
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain required driver and load documentation
- Follow all company safety procedures and applicable DOT regulations
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid Class A CDL
- Must be able to operate both belly dump and dump trucks
- Ability to travel to remote job sites
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and terrain
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work 12+ hour shifts
- Dependable transportation and consistent attendance required
- Previous belly dump and dump truck driving experience
- Oilfield, construction, hauling, or related experience preferred
Pay Range: $23–$28 per hour, determined by experience and qualifications.
