Executive Administrative Coordinator – supports senior executives in EY’s Enterprise Support Services (ESS) team, providing high‑level administrative, project and operational support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily execution of administrative services for partners, principals, managing directors and directors.
- Apply specialized knowledge of service line, sector and operations to make independent decisions on projects, administrative and operational objectives.
- Use an in‑depth understanding of leaders’ roles and business priorities to coordinate administrative and project tasks.
- Identify and resolve administrative issues, analyze problems and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Build and foster relationships with internal and external business leaders and stakeholders, including their administrative staff.
- Protect confidential and proprietary information while managing data and records securely.
- Demonstrate firm/service line knowledge of QRM policies.
- Compose, format and edit non‑technical business documents in collaboration with executives and communications professionals.
- Liaise with service line and core business service personnel to track and coordinate executive work/projects; manage information and respond to requests accurately and promptly.
- Compile, review and analyze market and budget reports to create tracking reports, identify action items, coordinate follow‑up and prepare meeting materials.
- Anticipate and apply knowledge of leaders’ priorities to manage complex, constantly changing calendars.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, internal and external events, meetings and conferences within scope.
- Complex problem solving using strong analytical, organizational and research skills.
- Independent decision maker exercising discretion and judgment.
- Rapid assimilation of unfamiliar issues.
- Proactive escalation of identified or potential issues.
- Effective and professional communication with all levels, including senior leaders, with diplomatic sensitivity.
- Navigation of organizational structures, changing environments and sensitive relationships.
- Prioritization and multitasking abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 8–10+ years of experience, with at least 5–7 years in a relevant role.
- Flexibility for overtime and vacation as required by business needs.
- Work primarily onsite in the EY office, client or meeting site, as determined.
- Flexibility to travel.
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior‑level executives in a large organization.
- Project coordination experience.
- Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranging from $64,200 to $116,400 across the US (up to $132,300 for major metro areas). Bonuses and performance rewards are provided based on individual contribution and business impact.
