BREW is an independent watch company based out of the New York metropolitan area. Over the past 10 years, founder Jonathan Ferrer has grown BREW into an exciting and thriving company. With the growing demand of our bespoke timepieces. Our goal is to deliver unique timepieces to both enthusiasts and creative people alike - while keeping a high degree of product quality and customer service.

With growing popularity and global reach - BREW is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join the team as an Operations Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Operations & Supplier Management: Serve as the primary liaison with suppliers and manufacturers, overseeing production schedules, component sourcing, and ensuring timely delivery of all products.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Lead and manage timelines for product launches, marketing campaigns, and operational initiatives to keep the team on track and aligned with company goals.
  • Inventory & Event Readiness: Forecast and manage product inventory levels, plan manufacturing orders, and prepare marketing materials and assets for trade shows and key events.
  • Team Leadership & Workflow Optimization: Organize and facilitate team check-ins to track progress, resolve roadblocks, and implement tools and processes for efficient collaboration.
  • Data Analysis & Business Insights: Compile and analyze sales data, prepare inventory forecasts, and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making at the executive level.
  • Financial Oversight & Budget Strategy: Monitor budgets, assess operational costs, and support strategic financial planning to ensure sustainable growth.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to work with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in sales data interpretation and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Experience in budget planning and cost analysis.
  • Problem-solving attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in product-based businesses or manufacturing coordination preferred.
  • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the U.S.
