Background and Purpose of Job
We are seeking a strategic, results‑oriented Associate Business Performance Manager to lead market performance across our Core 5 Beauty & Wellbeing brands in the US. This role serves as the central hub for assessing market dynamics and delivering actionable insights to our Marketing and CS&P teams – driving competitive growth and unlocking new opportunities. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with strong cross‑functional leadership and communication skills.
You’ll be part of the newly formed Business Performance Team (BPT), reporting to the Business Performance Manager. The BPT also oversees Sales & Operations Planning (SOP) and Net Revenue Management (NRM), with a shared mission to fuel sustainable growth.
- Facilitate monthly performance review meetings with Beauty & Wellbeing leadership, sharing internal and external business drivers, year‑to‑go plans, and spotlighting key opportunities and risks.
- Lead monthly share reporting and support performance analysis for our five core brands, delivering executive summaries and strategic recommendations to brand teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to ensure our Hair Care and Skin Care brands are positioned to win, support 6P analyses and competitive deep dives to inform brand strategy.
- Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership and cross‑functional partners.
- Partner with Brand, Finance, CMI, and MMC teams to align on business drivers and build a cohesive narrative for the BU Leadership Team.

What You’ll Need To Succeed- Bachelor’s degree, with 3+ years of experience in CS&P, Marketing, Finance.
- Strong analytical skillset with fluency in Circana, Numerator, and Excel.
- Comfortable using data throughout aspects of the role, turning insights into strategic thinking and ideas.
- Proven record of drive and initiative with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a bias for action.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure.
Pay range: $88,600 to $133,000. The pay range is based on a wide range of factors, including skill sets, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: this position is bonus eligible.
LTI: this position is LTI eligible.
